JUST BEACHY

On the weekends, I often crash at my brother's place on the beach. You can say I invite myself pretty often. My daughter loves it! She has become a little "beach bum"! Beach life is so different.....Time doesn't seem to move, and it's just you and the sea. The most I enjoy about the beach, for example, is how simple things like a tennis ball left behind on the sand, or a piece of wood plank among the sea grass, can become art. The beach and it's surroundings are more than just beach therapy, it's an art palette for the lens. Join me on my stroll along the beach, and see what I saw through the lens that became my inspiration for this blog post. I even met two beautiful labs, Lilly, and her twin brother. The owner was gracious enough to allow me to photograph these beauties!

This is just some of what I captured on my "just beachy" of a day. You can view more photos by clicking on the link below. Remember, if and when you see something you like, it can be yours. So take a peek and enjoy!

A FEW TO VIEW

As I was looking through what I call the "Archives" I came across a few photographs I would like to share with you.  I am proud of these photos and why is that you ask? Because most of  the photos in my "Archives" were taken with my Nikon Cool Pix (a regular point and shoot) nothing a photographer would call fancy. It was good to me and I took it everywhere I went until it retired. I moved on as we all eventually do in photography but it's always nice to look back and see how you have grown as a photographer. Photography is definitely a learning process. Im a true believer that you don't often see beauty in the world until someone shows it to you and thats the amazingness of photography.

So I leave you with these few to view. Enjoy!

Also, don't forget if any of the posted photo art catches your eye and interest you  follow the link below to view more and you can even purchase what you like for your home, office, etc:
